Katy Perry, who has won four 2011 MTV European Music Award nominations including Best Song (Firework), Best Female, Best Pop, and Best Live Act, graces the Vanity Fair Italy October in a stunning red sparkly unitard. Her cover shoot is taken by famed lenswoman Annie Leibovitz.
The winning artist also wears a 1920s look in a striking Snow White-inspired shoot, captured by photographer David LaChapelle, for the ghd Scarlet campaign, two art deco hair styling tongs.
Not only concentrating on her music and posing projects, Perry also expands her empire by launching second fragrance next month, just in time for the holiday shopping season.

For the ghd Scarlet campaign’s Snow White-inspired shoot, Katy Perry plays the role of both the Evil Queen and Snow White. She poses in a New York hotel room and on a fire escape against the backdrop of the city's iconic Chrysler building.
The pop singer admits she loves her curled bob for the Evil Queen part of the shoot. “I think it’s a bold look for me, especially for the short hair, but I’ve actually had a pixie cut before. I used to have a black pixie cut when I was about 17-18-19 so I felt I was reliving that part of my life again.”

And Katy Perry also fancies her Snow White look, “There were lots of little birds hanging around so I felt like a princess, like Snow White, and I was singing and talking to the birds as they fluttered around me. I would maybe wear something like this again. I liked the glittering fishnets I got to wear with it. I liked the hair – it’s super frizzy.”
And as Snow White, the pop star wears a peach fringed John Galliano dress while hanging off a fire escape surrounded by blue birds
