Russian supermodel Irina Shayk, girlfriend of football star Cristiano Ronaldo and the American fashion model Brooklyn Decker, who is also known for her marriage to tennis player Andy Roddick, have made their appearances in the preparation for the 2012 Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Calendar. Besides Irina Shayk and Brooklyn Decker, bikini-clad Kate Upton, Chrissy Teigen, Jessica White and Anne V have also graced the page of the 12-month spread.
Irina Shayk and Brooklyn Decker are both famous for their successful modeling career. Both of them are best-known for their appearances in the Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Issue. Irina Shayk is 2011’s Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Edition cover girl while Brooklyn Decker is the cover model of the 2011 issue.
Cristiano Ronaldo’s other half has recently showed off her mile-long legs at the MTV Awards held at the Odyssey Arena in Belfast, Northern Ireland. This gorgeous bikini babe even drew much attention of superstar Lady Gaga as she performed with Bar Refaeli onstage in a denim Replay dress.

During an interview with SB nation, when being asked about if modeling for Sports Illustrated is a hazardous occupation for her, Irina Shayk replied that "Well, not dangers. For SI we did a shoot in the Philippines in Kalibo. It took me 35 hours of travel to get there because I missed one flight, then another, and then missed every connection after that. When we got there you had to climb a mountain to get a beautiful shot, or you had to jump into really cold water to get a shot. It was fun, but Maui was more fun as a shoot."
